My background

For over two decades, I have worked at the intersection of creativity, strategy and leadership, building a career across both commercial enterprise and education.

I began in the creative industries and progressed through roles including photographer, style director, designer, marketing manager, business development manager, consultant and managing director. Throughout this journey, I developed a strong command of visual communication, brand psychology and the language of advertising, always focused on performance, clarity and growth.

Alongside industry leadership, I lectured in Further and Higher Education, specialising in adult learners. I taught professional practice and photography, designed schemes of work and programme structures, led a department and carried internal verification responsibilities. This experience refined my ability to translate complex ideas into structured frameworks and develop others through clear, strategic learning.

I am analytical and systems-led by nature. I evaluate quickly, identify gaps precisely and design scalable frameworks that turn vision into implementation and passion into sustainable results.

I have identified a consistent commercial gap: exceptional talent, strong values and powerful client outcomes, but without the strategic infrastructure required to scale, systemise and sustain growth.

Creativity and empathy do not automatically translate into commercial clarity, positioning or profitability.

 

Without the right architecture, even the most impactful businesses plateau.

I work with founders in creative, wellbeing and service-based industries to build high-value, scalable business models, refining their positioning, offers and delivery structures so they can convert consistently, grow with precision and operate at a level that reflects the true value of their work.

Wellbeing is not separate from my work, it underpins it.

I practise yoga, and facilitate women’s circles and cacao ceremonies. I weight train consistently, prioritise strength and longevity, eat whole foods and live a grounded, nature-connected lifestyle with my family.
