🌱 Ostara New Moon Cacao Ceremony 🌙 As Ostara approaches, the earth begins to stir with new life. The light returns, the soil softens & the promise of renewal whispers through the air. Just like the tender green shoots rising through the earth, we, too, are invited to awaken gently & softly.

About the event
I am so delighted to share that I have partnered with the beautiful Alchemise Yoga Studio to host the second cacao ceremony of the year; a soft and soulful welcoming of Ostara, the season of rebirth, light and new beginnings.
As the earth awakens and the first signs of spring stir beneath the soil, we too are invited to soften, open, and rise.
Together, we will sip warm ceremonial cacao and allow its gentle medicine to open the heart space, creating room for new growth and tender beginnings.We’ll then move into nourishing, heart-opening yoga, inviting the body to release winter tension, expand, and receive the returning warmth and light.
From there, we’ll sink into guided meditation and a sound bath, allowing vibration and stillness to wash through the nervous system — clearing, soothing, and awakening inner space.
