Case Example

I recently scaled a creative service and product-based business from under £500,000 to £2.3 million by rebuilding both the commercial strategy and client journey. This included implementing aggressive, targeted lead generation, redesigning telesales scripts, and refining the conversion process. I simplified the product offering and pricing structure, then repositioned the business into a more premium market, increasing prices while strengthening perceived value.

I developed a higher-end, more intentional client journey with structured touchpoints designed to increase emotional connection and client investment. Brand consistency was aligned across platforms to reinforce positioning, while ongoing KPI analysis of lead sources allowed us to scale high-performing campaigns and remove inefficiencies.

Operationally, I introduced clearer processes, performance management, and accountability across the team, transforming the business into a more structured, scalable operation capable of delivering consistent growth.
