Instalment & Payment Plans

• Failure to complete instalments does not cancel your financial obligation.
If an instalment payment fails:
• The payment processor may automatically retry the charge.
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available.
• Bliss Soul Life may suspend access to services, programmes or materials until payment is received.
• Outstanding balances remain immediately due and payable.
Bliss Soul Life reserves the right to pursue recovery of unpaid balances where necessary.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing any product or service, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Sarah Wearn Consulting to attempt resolution.
Where a chargeback is initiated without reasonable basis, Sarah Wearn Consulting reserves the right to provide evidence of service delivery and recover associated costs.

Sarah Wearn Consulting reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any product, programme or service at its sole discretion where a client breaches these Terms or engages in inappropriate conduct.
Termination may occur, without limitation, where a client:
• Engages in abusive, aggressive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour
• Harasses or intimidates Sarah Wearn Consulting or other participants
• Disrupts group sessions or programme environments
• Shares confidential information of other clients
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Shares login credentials or course materials
• Engages in defamatory conduct
• Fails to comply with payment obligations
• Uses services for unlawful or unethical purposes
Sarah Wearn Consulting may determine, acting reasonably, whether conduct constitutes grounds for termination.
Effect of Termination
If services are terminated due to client misconduct or breach:
• Access to programmes and materials may be revoked immediately.
• Scheduled sessions may be cancelled.
• No refund shall be issued.
• Outstanding payment obligations shall remain due and payable.
Termination under this clause does not limit any additional legal remedies available
Protection of Learning Environment
Where services are delivered in a group setting, Sarah Wearn Consulting reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct negatively impacts the safety, integrity or experience of other participants.
Maintaining a professional and respectful environment is a condition of participation.
4. Refund Policy
Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling
1. Single 1:1 Sessions
Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ written notice.

Requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Failure to attend a booked session without notice constitutes a forfeited session.

Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction based on outcomes, implementation or personal preference.
Multi-Session Packages & Programmes
Payment secures your place and allocated time within the programme.
Cancellations Before Commencement:

If written cancellation is received at least 7 days before the programme start date, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or transaction fees.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.
After Commencement:

Once the programme has started, payments are non-refundable.

If you choose to discontinue participation, remaining sessions are forfeited.

Payments made under instalment plans remain due in full.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional situations, refund or rescheduling requests may be considered at sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.
Cancellations by Bliss Soul Life
If a session must be cancelled by Sarah Wearn Consulting due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund for the affected session will be issued.
